SERVICES
COACHING
1:1 coaching sessions that begin with a formal assessment for the purpose of exploring needs, identifying goals, plans and barriers to success that then transition into strategy sessions for growth, improvement and accountability.
RETREATS
Hard stop sessions that involve engaging leaders within the school community in activities that are designed to push their thinking, challenge the status quo and develop the skills they need to lead and support their constituent groups.
Partial Day, Full Day and Multi Day Sessions
LEADERSHIP CIRCLES
Small group cohorts of leaders who with the help of skilled facilitation provide mutual support and honest critical feedback to trusted participants, focused on monitoring progress towards achieving goals while being supportive truth tellers.
NETWORKING
Quarterly opportunities for leaders from across schools and districts to connect, learn and share best practices from within their school communities. These events are designed to create new and strengthen old bonds in service of making the role of leader less heavy because it is shared.
